In short: Use Voice Routine for lawful personal purposes, keep your own recordings appropriate, and manage purchases through your Apple Account.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Voice Routine, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple Media Services terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, disrupt, misuse, or use Voice Routine for unlawful or harmful activity.
3. Your content
You retain responsibility for recordings, text, and routine content you create. You confirm that you have the right to use that content. Voice Routine does not claim ownership of your recordings.
4. Free and Premium access
The free tier permits one routine with core features. Premium may unlock unlimited routines, additional recordings, reminders, and other clearly identified features. The app shows current access before purchase.
5. Trial, subscription, and lifetime purchase
Eligible users may receive a three-day introductory trial with the monthly subscription. Eligibility, localized price, tax, currency, and renewal details are shown by Apple before confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable license to the Premium features offered for that product, for as long as the app remains available and compatible. It is not a promise of perpetual operation or every future service.
6. Billing, restoration, and refunds
Apple handles billing. Use Restore Purchases in the app on an Apple Account that owns the purchase. Apple controls refunds and billing disputes under its policies; we cannot directly issue an App Store refund.
7. Wellness notice
Voice Routine supports personal routines and practice. It is not medical, psychological, legal, religious, or other professional advice and does not promise a particular result. Seek a qualified professional where appropriate.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, alter, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, legal, or operational reasons. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
